There are three main types of bets in Live Roulette, Inside Bets, Outside bets and French Bets (otherwise known and neighbour and call bets). These bets can be placed when playing European Roulette, American Roulette and French Roulette.
Inside Roulette Bets
Inside bets are roulette bets that are placed “inside” the central grid area of the roulette table and will be bets on numbers or combination of numbers. Each bet has a name that it is referred to and you’ll find a description of each of them below.
Single Number Bet
This is a bet on a single number. In the example above one chip has been placed on 13 Black.
This is where you place your betting chip so that it straddles two numbers. It can be placed vertically or horizontally. The example shows 26 & 29 being covered.
A bet that covers 3 numbers with one chip. The example shows a bet being placed on xyz.
A corner bet is one that is placed at the intersection of 4 numbers. In this example 13,14,16 & 17 are being covered.
A chip is placed to cover the Top line of the roulette grid 0-1-2-3. (includes 00 in American roulette).
A bet covering two adjoining streets so 6 numbers are covered.
A bet that covers 0-1-2, 00-2-3 or 0-00-2, in this example 0-1-2 are covered.
Outside Roulette Bets
Outside roulette bets cover numbers ranges and patterns of numbers.
A bet on one of the three columns of numbers.
1st 12 (Dozen)
A bet that covers numbers 1-12, known as the 1st Dozen.
2nd 12 (Dozen)
A bet that covers numbers 13-24, known as the 2nd Dozen.
3rd 12 (Dozen)
A bet that covers numbers 25-36, known as the 3rd Dozen.
A bet on all odd numbers.
A bet on all even numbers.
A bet on all Red Numbers.
A bet on all Black Numbers.
Low Numbers (1-18)
A bet on the 18 low numbers on the table 1-18.
High Numbers (19-36)
A bet on the 18 high numbers on the table 19-36.
